Who we are

Light & Day Design SRL ("we"), VAT RO35280493, Bucharest, Sector 3, Romania, operates this website. Contact: office@lightandday.design.

What we collect

Contact form: the name, company, email and message you send us, used only to reply to you.

Client area registration: your full name, company, email address, country, city, role and (optionally) phone number, plus a password stored in hashed form. We use this data to verify and approve trade clients, to manage access to price lists and technical documents, and to contact you about your account or your projects.

Sharing links: when we send you a download link, the file is delivered through a time-limited link; we do not collect personal data from people who only open such a link.

Where data is stored and who processes it

Account data and documents are stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase, hosted in the European Union; Netlify for the website). They process data on our behalf. Access to client records is limited to Light & Day Design.

Retention and rights

We keep account data while the account is active and for as long as needed for the business relationship, then delete or anonymise it. Under GDPR you may request access, correction, export or deletion, or object to processing, by emailing us. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The client area stores a session token in your browser so you stay signed in.
